I loved reading this book!❤️
🔪It is gripping thriller with murder mystery and the outstanding part is till the almost end we don’t know who got murdered and how!!
But ofcourse the mystery is quickly unraveled after that.
🔪On the island off the coast of Ireland, guests gather for a high profile lavish wedding of women’s magazine publisher Jules Keegan and the handsome reality TV star Will Slater.
🔪The narrative is told by multiple perspectives across two timeliness with the present day and two days prior to the wedding. Each character was pretty intriguing and kept me hooked to see through their lenses.
🧩Jules, the bride is excited for the wedding,but at the same time she is thinking about a note she received which says she should not marry groom being cheat or liar.
🧩Olivia, the bride’s maid, Jule’s half sister is lacking a spirit to enjoy for a recent dark past.
🧩Johnno, best man, groom’s mate has his secret safe with him,but gets shocked to know another secret.
🧩Hannah, bride’s friend’s wife is always wondering whether her husband’s relation with bride is just friendship or more.
🧩Will, the groom is totally charming, but is he really honest or cheat as mentioned in note which bride received?
🧩Aoiffe, the wedding planner, organizer, caterer and manager of event gets to see a lot within two days itself to witness some secrets.
🔪The story was total page turner reminiscent to Agatha Christie’s novel. The crazy suspense resounds through the island’s stillness and storm. All the supporting characters are developed so well with revealing their juicy secrets,messy lives,dark past and unpredictable present. Language is aptly crisp and relatable building a perfect plot.
